Swindon - Then and Now Photographic Exhibition

Swindon - Then and Now Photographic Exhibition

23 April 2016 to Early 2017

This year, we celebrate 175 years since the birth of Swindon as a railway town. Swindon: Then and Now is a new photographic exhibition commemorating this milestone in Swindon’s history.

Using a rich array of photographs from STEAM’s collection, along with images from Swindon Museum & Art Gallery and the Swindon Local Studies Library, the exhibition charts the change in the town’s urban landscape.

STEAM has worked with local photographer, Peter Benson, to capture Swindon as it looks today.

This exhibition runs at STEAM Museum from the 23rd April 2016 to early 2017 and is included with standard admission.

Visitor Feedback
